Storybook Academy is excited to introduce a limited-time enrollment promotion designed to welcome new families and strengthen connections with our local community partners. When you enroll your child and complete the first 30 days, you’ll receive a special Pick Your Experience reward of your choice from one of our participating family-friendly partners.
This promotion gives families a fun way to explore local businesses while joining a nurturing early learning community.

How the Enrollment Promotion Works
New families enrolling at Storybook Academy Hamburg or Amherst can choose one of our local experience rewards at the time of enrollment.
After remaining enrolled for 30 consecutive days, you’ll receive your selected pass or voucher directly from our team.
This offer is designed to:
- Encourage family enrichment through local experiences
- Support Buffalo-area community partners
- Welcome new families with a meaningful, family-centered incentive

Friendship Village Play CaféReward: Five-visit punch passA cozy, play-centered space perfect for young children and caregivers. Punch pass is purchased by Storybook Academy and delivered after the 30-day period. |

Who Is Eligible for the Enrollment Promotion?
Families can participate in the Pick Your Experience promotion when the following enrollment requirements are met:
- Enrollment must take place at Storybook Academy Hamburg or Amherst.
- Families must begin enrollment on or before January 1, 2026.
- Children must maintain active enrollment for 30 consecutive days.
- Accounts must be in good standing when the reward is issued.
- One reward is available per enrolled child unless otherwise approved.
- Offer applies to new enrollments only. Returning families qualify if they have been unenrolled for 90 days or more.
How and When Rewards are Delivered
After your child completes 30 consecutive days of active enrollment, Storybook Academy will confirm eligibility and deliver your selected reward. Below is the process we follow to make sure rewards get to eligible families promptly.
- Confirm the child’s eligibility for the promotion.
- Verify the family’s account is current and in good standing.
- Request the selected reward from the marketing team.
- Deliver the voucher, pass, or physical item directly to the family.
- Confirm delivery and that the family received their reward.
Important Promotion Conditions
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
- Rewards are non-transferable and intended for the enrolled family only.
- Partner organizations are not responsible for lost or misplaced vouchers.
- Once a reward is claimed and delivered, it cannot be exchanged.
- Storybook Academy reserves the right to modify reward offerings or partner availability as needed.
Referral Incentives for Staff & Families
We’re also proud to offer referral rewards to celebrate community involvement. See details below for staff and current-family referral incentives.
Staff Referral Bonus
- Staff receive a $100 bonus for each referred family that enrolls and maintains 30 days of active enrollment.
- Referring staff should be listed by name on the enrollment referral flyer at the time of sign-up.
Current Family Referral Bonus
- Current families earn one experience reward for each successful referral that enrolls and stays 30 days.
- The enrolling family must include the referring family’s name on the referral flyer when submitting it to the director.
Enrollment Promotion Deadline
- To qualify, families must begin enrollment on or before January 1, 2026.
- Rewards will still be honored for eligible families who complete their 30-day active enrollment period after that date.
